Criteria
- 20% equity evidence by any downpayment to the property owner
- Road accessibility is visible
- Visible on going construction, at least foundation is laid out (for house construction)
- Co-maker must be the lot owner
Loan Amount
- Loan amount depends on the collateral and capacity of the income
- Loan Value of at least 60% of appraised value of the property
Loan Term
- Depends on the client's capacity to pay
Basic Document Requirements
- Photocopy of at least 1 government issued ID
- Photocopy of Marriage certificate/ CENOMAR
- Barangay Clearance
- Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN)
- Proof of Income
- OFW - Employment Contract
- Employed - Certificate of Employment (at least 2 yrs in the company)
- Self-Employed - Proof of existing business (business permit, Sales Logbook, etc.)
Collateral Requirements
- Certified true copy of TCT free of liens
- Photocopy of Tax Declaration (land and Building)
- Memorandum of agreement/ conditional deed of sale
