Criteria
- Borrowers must be Members or employees from LGUs, government agencies or private institutions
- Borrowers must be of legal age and permanent residents of Baguio, Benguet and Pangasinan
- Borrowers must have at least 2 co-makers each borrower capable of repayments
Loan Term
- 360 days (12 months)
Document Requirements for Individual
- Certificate of Employment/Oath of Office/ Appointment of Term of Office
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs
- 3 months latest payroll/payslip
- Duly signed Agreement Payroll Deductions/Authorty to deduct(Borrower, co-maker,Paymaster)
Document Requirements for Co-Makers
- Photocopy of 2 valid IDs
- 2pcs 2x2 Picture
- Proof of income (COE, Business Permit, etc.)
Document Requirements for Company / LGU
- Summary of Payroll
- SEC Registration
- Appointment/Appointment and Term of Office (for LGUs)
- Memorandum of Agreement with the Bank
